Shipping Rates

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders of $199 or more (after discounts and before taxes).
  • Orders under $199 will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We currently ship using USPS and UPS.

Processing Time

All orders ship from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. While many orders may ship sooner, processing times can vary depending on order volume.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address, email cleverbagco@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the subject line:

PLEASE CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS

We'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships; however, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed. Additional carrier fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, or if your shipment has not moved for an extended period, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If you still need assistance, contact us at cleverbagco@gmail.com with your order number.

For insured shipments, we'll work with the carrier to investigate eligible claims. Any replacement or refund will be determined after the carrier's investigation is complete and at Cleverly Bags' discretion.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges imposed by their country.

International delivery times vary and may be delayed by customs processing.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any carrier fees incurred.
