Return Policy

Everyone at Cleverly Bags wants you to love your purchase and be completely satisfied. If you aren’t 100% satisfied for some reason, we understand if you would like to make a return. Unused and unwashed items with the original packaging and with all tags are eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase on our Cleverly Bags website. 

Important Return Info and Exceptions:

  • You must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning your item.
  • All returned merchandise must be unused and unwashed with original packaging with all tags and packing materials included.
  • Any item that has been used or washed is NOT eligible for return.
  • All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking/service fee.
  • The original shipping charges are NOT refundable and the customer must pay to ship the product back to Cleverly Bags.
  • Returns will receive a refund issued in the original form of payment, unless noted below.
  • Discounts cannot be applied to prior purchases, and refunds will not be issued.
  • Items purchased at a discount can only be exchanged for merchandise credit.
  • Order must not have been purchased as a clearance, final sale, or otherwise restricted type of sale as stated on the website.  Items marked clearance, final sale, or otherwise restricted type of sale, as stated on the website, are not eligible for return.
  • Any items shipped to Cleverly Bags without a RMA# will be refused and returned to the sender.

For return inquiries, please contact us via our Contact Us link or, be sure to include your order number. We will review your request and email you the RMA# and instructions on how to complete your return.

Cancellations, items and/or orders that are cancelled will be subject to a 4% service fee.

Gifts with Purchase items must be included with your merchandise according to our return policy for a full refund. Should the order total fall below the Gift with Purchase threshold and it is not returned, the retail value will be deducted from your credit.

Items Purchased via Retailers
Only items purchased directly from are eligible for returns. Purchases made at any of our retailers must be returned or exchanged directly to that retailer and in accordance with that store’s return policy.

Missing or Incorrect Items in Shipment
If you receive a package and there is a missing item, you must notify us within seven days to ensure proper handling of your claim. After seven days, we are not responsible for missing items not reported to us within the stated time frame.
